Marketing & Advertising Intern
-Assist promotions managers & upper management in marketing of events
-Spread word via facebook, flyers, e-vites
-Partner up with local businesses (Salons, Gyms, Corporations etc.)
-Create & Implement New Marketing Ideas
-Set up birthday parties & VIP Champagne Parties for events
-Come out to events with friends
-Average pay $1,500-$2,000 for the summer for roughly 100 hours*
Promotions Manager
-Recruit & Hire a team of promoters
-Set up events with upper management & Venue Managers
-Create & Implement Marketing Strategy
-Partner up with local businesses (Salons, Gyms, Corporations)
-Follow up with promoters and help them to achieve team's goals
-Arrive early to event for pre-shift meeting with management
-Attend post event meeting to discuss event
-Pay out promoters
-Average pay $4,000-$5,000 for the summer for roughly 150-200 hours*
Event Coordinators
-Assist in planning of events (concepts, themes, target demographic)
-Arrive early to events to attend pre-shift meeting
-Greet Guests at door to ensure smooth entry
-Escort VIP Customers to their tables
-work with venue management throughout the evening to ensure flawless night
-work with photographer & other entertainment
-Attend post event meeting to discuss event
-Average pay $2,500-$3,000 for the summer for roughly 150-200 hours*
Full Time Marketing
-40 to 45 hour work week at our downtown office
-Market all Chicago Twenty Something Events
-Recruit and hire hosts and promoters
-Assist in branding of Chicago Twenty Something
-Plan events (concepts, themes, target demographic)
-Create partnerships with local businesses
-Arrive early to events to attend pre-shift meeting
-work with venue managers & owners
-Opportunity to get in growing company at ground level
-$24-$30K Base salary Plus Commissions ($50-$60K expected first year)
